The 17th International Conference on New Diamond and Nano Carbons (NDNC) 2024 will be held in Sydney, Australia. The conference spans wide research topics from fundamental physical and chemical concepts to applied technologically driven applications with carbon based materials. Those include, but not limited to single crystal diamond, nanodiamonds, carbon nanotubes, graphene and other carbon nanostructures. The meeting will be an excellent forum for both junior and senior scientists, engineers and industry leaders that can enjoy the sights of iconic Sydney, while exchanging and discussing ideas and results.

Platinum Corporate Sponsor - $7,000 AUD

Gold Corporate Sponsor - $5,000 AUD

includes:

  • Sponsorship of a session containing a keynote address – acknowledgement in the cover slide for the session

Silver Tabletop Display - $3,000 AUD

includes:

Event Specific Sponsorship

Conference Dinner Sponsor - $7,000 AUD

The conference dinner will be the premier social event of the conference.  This package will allow you to promote your company to delegates in a relaxed social atmosphere.

Entitlements include:

  • Exclusive naming rights to the conference dinner with logo printed on the dinner signage menus and/or tickets

  • 3 tickets to the conference dinner

  • Opportunity to welcome and address guests at the conference dinner (5 mins)

Welcome Reception Sponsor - $5,000 AUD

The welcome reception will be held on the first evening of the conference.  This opportunity affords the sponsor the opportunity to make an impact on delegates early in the conference.

 Entitlements include:

  • Acknowledgement as a welcome reception session sponsor on all conference material

  • Opportunity to welcome the delegates to the Welcome Reception (maximum 5 mins address)

Poster Session - $3,000 AUD

Sponsor poster session. Over 100 posters in an interactive poster session and reception.

Booking & Payment Conditions
for Sponsors and Exhibitors

  1. The Australian Goods and Tax (GST) at 10% is applicable to all goods and services by the Conference and all prices in this document are exclusive of GST.

  2. Sponsorship will be allocated only on a receipt of this signed form.  A letter confirmation will be provided to confirm booking, together with a tax invoice for the required amount.  The fee is payable 14 days from the date of the tax invoice.

  3. All monies are payable in Australian Dollars.

  4. CANCELLATION POLICY – In an event of a cancellation, a service fee of 50% of the total fees applies for cancellations prior to 1st March 2024.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
